We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure online payment gateway at checkout.
At this time, we only ship within Australia.
If you realize you’ve entered the wrong address at checkout, please email us at admin@hplcstandards.com as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to update your address before the order ships, our response times may not align with our shipping partner’s processing times. If the package is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment to the correct address. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for lost items due to address errors.
We aim to ship all orders within three business days following order confirmation. Your tracking details will typically be uploaded within five business days. An estimated delivery window will be provided in your confirmation email. While most orders arrive during the earlier portion of this timeframe, delays can occasionally occur. If your order has not arrived by the end of the estimated period, please contact us. Shipping is processed Monday to Friday. For example, if you place your order on a Monday, the first business day is Tuesday. Please wait until the end of the delivery window before inquiring about the status of your shipment.

Yes, tracking information for your order will be provided automatically within five business days of placing your order. You will receive a notification when tracking is available—please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email. Keep in mind that orders may occasionally arrive before tracking information is updated. For shipping purposes, business days are Monday to Friday. If you place an order on Monday, the first business day is Tuesday.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to cancel it. Please email us at admin@hplcstandards.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
