Shipping Policy

Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

 

Orders are typically shipped within three business days after confirmation through our trusted 3PL service. Tracking information will be provided within five business days of placing your order.

 

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with an estimated delivery time frame. Most orders arrive in the earlier part of this time frame, but delays can occasionally occur. If your order has not arrived by the end of the estimated period, please reach out to us for assistance.

 

Please note that the first business day begins the day after your order is placed. Business days for shipping are Monday to Friday.

 

We kindly ask that you wait until 5 PM on the final estimated delivery day before contacting us regarding your order’s status. Thank you for your understanding and patience!

 

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to cancel it, provided our team has not already dispatched it. To request a cancellation, please email us at  admin@hplcstandards.com and our team will be happy to assist you!
